1. Orders

By placing an order you make an offer to buy the listed product at the listed price. The contract is formed when we send order confirmation.

2. Pricing & VAT

Prices include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are shown before checkout. Free shipping within the EU on orders over €75.

3. Shipping

We ship day-to-day on business days. Most EU orders arrive within 2–5 working days depending on destination.

4. Right of withdrawal

You may cancel your order within 14 days of delivery under the EU Consumer Rights Directive. Products must be returned unopened. We refund the full order value once we receive the goods.

5. Warranty

All products carry the statutory EU 2-year defect warranty. Contact us with a photo and your order number if anything is wrong.

6. Liability

We are liable for direct damages caused by gross negligence or intent up to the order value. Statutory consumer rights are not limited.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the country where you reside, with mandatory consumer-protection rules applied in your favour.
